My name is Joe, I had an older sister named Celia who died when I was 14. So in her memory, I merged my name with hers and created Chef Jocelia. I grew up in Boston Massachusetts as part of an Italian family and an Italian neighborhood. I was cooking with my grandmother at age 7.

My name is Joe, I had an older sister named Celia who died when I was 14. So in her memory, I merged my name with hers and created Chef Jocelia. I grew up in Boston Massachusetts as part of an Italian family and an Italian neighborhood. I was cooking with my grandmother at age 7.
My stool by the stove was always available. My uncle owned a restaurant in Boston where me and my sister would hang out out and help in the kitchen. Cooking was in my blood as was my love of different cuisines.
Many an Italian recipe came from my grandmothers kitchen. I have been cooking and enjoying the company of guests and customers ever since.
As a personal chef, I offer a range of services, working in the food and beverage industry for years my passion became Weddings. I have worked with hundreds of couples on planning and executing their magical day. Contact me today to learn all the services we offer.
I believe that food should not only be delicious but also nourishing. That's why I prioritize using fresh, whole ingredients in my cooking. I also strive to minimize food waste by using every part of the ingredient and repurposing leftovers whenever possible.
